Sables features artisan hand-cut steaks and seafood of the highest quality, cooked to
perfection. The dining experience is enhanced by the magnificent views of a garden
waterfall in the lower level, while the upper level provides an ideal space for intimate
dining and private meetings.
GREENSTREET
The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus at Greenstreet offer both buffet and a la carte
dining, with an extensive selection of main course salads, sandwiches, pastas, meat
and seafood dishes served in a contemporary and casual setting.
OASIS
The Oasis restaurant and brewery features south- and north-of-the-border favorites
including slow-smoked barbecued ribs, giant overstuffed burritos, freshly ground
burgers and a variety of south-of-the-border victuals served in a comfortable and
casual atmosphere.
THE DELI
The Deli features freshly-baked pastries, custom cakes, made-to-order breakfast bur-
ritos and sandwiches, hoagies and a whole slew of hot and cold freshly prepared
on-premise items, as well as a complete menu of latte, cappuccino, espresso and
freshly ground drip-brewed coffees.
SUN DAE’S
Sun Dae’s features gourmet artisan homemade ice creams, hand-dipped chocolates,
cappuccino, lattes and a variety of Panini.
BENTLEY’S PUB
Bentley’s Pub is a local pub with rich old English paneling, tasty snacks, beverages,
good conversation, and a variety of widescreen TVs featuring sports.
