Fund Prime Vendor III Program (PVIII)

he U.S. Air Force Nonappropriated Fund Prime Vendor program began in September 1991.
TThe program currently provides food and related supplies to 329 NAF activities (Air Force HQ Air Force Services Activity, Food
clubs, Chili’s, Macaroni Grill, bowling centers, golf courses, lodging operations, community and Beverage Division
activity centers, outdoor recreation, base restaurants and snack bars) at more than 84 Air Force Mailing Address
installations around the world. The HQ Air Force Services Activity, located in San Antonio, HQ AFSVA/SVOF
