                                                                          he Fisher House provides a “home away from home”
                                                                       Tat no cost for families of patients admitted for medi-
                                                                       cal care at the Medical Treatment Facilities located on
                                                                       military installations or affiliated medical centers.
                                                                          The Navy & Marine Corps Fisher Houses represent
                                                                       the commitment to provide quality care and support to
                                                                       our service members and their families, both active duty
                                                                       and retired during a time of need. It offers comfortably
                                                                       furnished rooms with bathrooms, fully equipped kitch-
                                                                       en, living room, dining room, play rooms and laundry.
                                                                          Navy & Marine Corps Fisher Houses have provided
                                                                       lodging for a total of 3,186 for family members. Of that
                                                                       total 562 were in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom
