we use and different flavors that are popular,” she said. “We
get the guacamole through our distributor, but then we mix
it together to make it a sauce for the burritos. We are adding
lime and sour cream and different things to it.”

    For those who want to cheat a little, the snack bar offers
churros, fried dough covered in cinnamon-sugar, and apple
turnovers.
