throughout the lounge, there is no corporate con-
nection. “The distiller does not own or control any
branded asset or any rights to the room, its contents
or its usage,” Borden said. “The distiller did provide
all branded materials/décor design needed for use
within the room.”
Operating hours for the Jack Daniel’s lounge are
three days a week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday,
and it serves a limited menu from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
on Friday and Saturday.
