                      Annual Hennessy Evaluations Steadily Refine Performance

          culinary training and a commitment to achieving excellence.
             Winners of the Hennessy and Air National Guard Senior

          by evaluators who measure each participating installation’s
          food service team across five categories that represent the

                                                                 The 2017 Hennessy winners selected from those 14 fi-
                                                              nalists are: Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark., representing
                                                              the 19th Airlift Wing, Air Force Materiel Command; and
                                                              Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., representing the 21st Space
                                                              Wing, Air Force Space Command.
                                                                 Little Rock is an AFSVA Food 2.0 facility, while Peterson
                                                              is a legacy dining facility. Food 2.0 is designed to provide
                                                              greater variety, availability and quality of food while main-
                                                              taining home-station and warfighting-feeding capabilities.
                                                              Food 2.0 operations have converted from institutional-style
