          the teams demonstrate culinary skills across the
          entire range of operations from preparation to
          administration.
             Culinary teams get training by being evalu-
          ated, as well as motivation to improve perfor-
          mance. The Naval Supply Systems Command
          (NAVSUP) also plans to provide specialized cu-
          linary instruction to winning commands.
             “These annual awards encourage excellence
          in Navy Food Service programs with the objec-
          tive of improving the quality of life for our Navy
          personnel,” said Acting Secretary of the Navy
          Sean Stackley, in announcing the 2017 Ney win-
          ners for food service excellence. “I commend
          the Navy Undersea Enterprise, Surface Warfare
          Enterprise, Naval Aviation Enterprise, CNIC and         SMALL-MEDIUM AFLOAT CATEGORY
